CMHA – Colchester East Hants Branch is thrilled to be partnering with the Colchester East Hants Hospice Society for a “Talk and Stroll”.
Take your lunch break with them on Wednesday, May 5 and join them under the Truro Farmers’ Market canopy from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm.
They are offering:
• $10 bagged lunches* to-go provided by CMHA Catering
• Information on grief and mental health resources
• Encouragement to “Get outside + Get real about the things we don’t want to talk about.”
