Alex Tran, the owner of Tran Nails moved to Truro four years ago and opened his nail salon. Visiting a number of locations throughout Nova Scotia looking for the perfect place to start his business Alex found Truro and fell in love. He spent the next three years working hard and planning for the opening of his business. Alex loves Truro, the friendly people, Victoria Park and the relatively calm rush hour traffic after living in the city.
With ten years of experience, Alex is a wealth of knowledge and can help you find the perfect style or color of nail you are looking for. Tran Nails offers both manicures and pedicures with a wide range of styles available.
Tran Nails has over a thousand different polish colors for you to choose from. The local shop offers a variety of different products, and they work hard to make sure the products they offer their customers are of top-notch quality.
“My favorite colors are the bright reds” Alex explains “as I love Christmas.” Alex adores the festive holiday and doing nails for it. Tran Nails have a number of customers that arrive looking to create a festive masterpiece on their nails and Alex loves doing so.
Alex loves painting nails; he takes pride in customers coming into his shop and he makes them feel better after doing their nails. “I love that I can make people happy with my shop” says Alex. “I am lucky because my job does not feel like work” says Alex. Working Monday through Saturday each week does not tire him out as he adores what he does. Tran Nails offer their services to wedding parties doing lots of French tips in the summer as well as warm colors as the cold winter months start to creep up on us.
“My favorite thing about working with my clients is how friendly everyone is and how each person feels like family to me” says Alex. “I love when people walk in happy to get their nails done and leave happy with their final product.” Alex enjoys working hard to put a smile on all of his clients’ faces checking over their nails before they leave to make sure they are satisfied and pleased with the service.
