– All attendees (unless given exemption otherwise) will be required to wear a face covering or mask while on the ride.

This includes fever (i.e. chills/sweats), cough (new or worsening), sore throat, runny nose/nasal congestion, headache or shortness of breath. Laurena Yurkowski Reflexology is located at 559 Prince Street and is open Tuesday- Friday. She has been doing reflexology in Truro for the past 5 years!! Laurena uses Reflexology to help everyone! Her clients include people of all genders and ages, from babies who are having sleep issues to elderly patients with arthritis!

She uses Reflexology to help relax the body so it will heal itself. Laurena can help with a variety of things such as stomach issues, anxiety and digestive issues to name a few! She can use reflexology to do hands, feet and is currently finishing up her certification in facial!

Reflexology is an awesome complement for physiotherapy, massage or chiropractic, and is very beneficial for your body!! It is something that you need to try to understand so give Laurena a call at (902)800-8856!

We will be serving today: Friday, October 30th from 1pm to 4pm.
During this time, it’s expected to be cloudy ⛅️ with a high of 3 degrees.

Please remember to respect the spacing markers we have installed to keep everyone safe.

We will continue to serve from the side entrance - one person at a time. A plexiglass barrier has been installed to cutdown the possible transfer from person to person. We ask that you designate one person in your household to come to the food bank to pick up food. When possible, wait in your vehicle till you see there is no line to limit your exposure. And please be sure to follow the 6 foot social distancing - when approaching the food bank, if there are people in line in front of you.

*** Masks are now mandatory and need to be worn when entering the food bank. If you do not have one of your own, we do have a limited supply that we can offer.
