STEPs on Arthur (formerly Colchester Community Workshop) creates opportunities and provides support to adults with intellectual disabilities, maximizing their potential within our community. STEPs supports their clients through an individualized spectrum of services, including vocational skills development, community employment training and health and wellness opportunities.  Clients voluntarily participate in one or more, on site vocational programs, with placement(s) determined through various skills assessments and client identified areas of interest.  Throughout the week, clients may also choose to engage in life enhancement activities, recreational pursuits, along with volunteer positions and/or community employment.
