Directors are elected for a minimum period of 2 years, and are eligible for re-election up to a maximum of 6 years or 3 successive terms. Directors should be comfortable working with a policy (not management) board governance model, have demonstrated their commitment to the downtown core, and capable of representing our broad interests, not just those of a specific organization or interest group.
