Rochelle Roberts, Executive Director
Born and raised in Truro, Rochelle brings a passion for building collaborative relationships and initiatives to her role. After studying in the journalism program at the University of King’s College and Dalhousie University, she spent over a decade working in tourism and destination marketing in Niagara Falls, Ontario and Victoria, British Columbia.
Rochelle is excited to be back in her hometown and impressed with the amount of positive growth that’s happened in Truro in recent years. She is thrilled with the opportunity to support businesses and organizations in Downtown Truro as they continue to thrive with creative ideas for marketing strategies, community events and productive partnerships.
Nicole MacDonald, Administrative Coordinator
Nicole moved to the area in 2011. When looking for a new home in the Maritime’s she knew Truro was the place to be. With its small town and close community feel it was the perfect place for her little family. In the time she’s lived here she’s witnessed the positive changes throughout the community and the growth of the downtown area.
Nicole is excited to be a part of a growing and thriving community, and is proud to be a part of the Downtown Truro Partnership team.
Emma Toole, Social Media Marketing Coordinator
Emma is currently a student attending the University of New Brunswick where she is working toward a Bachelor of Science degree.
She has lived in the Truro area for the majority of her life and has loved watching the downtown core grow year after year! She loves the vibrancy and liveliness that Town demonstrates, showing off this wonderful town any chance she gets!
Emma enjoys showing off the Downtown through social media and is so happy to live, work and play in such a thriving community!
