Downtown Truro Festival of Lights: Tree Lighting

November 17 @ 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm

The Festival of Lights in Downtown Truro:

Friday, November 17 | Tree Lighting at 7:30 pm
Featuring the annual tree-lighting, hot chocolate (provided by Sobeys Prince Street and the Bible Hill Kinsmen), and caroling under the stars (see further details below)

Saturday, November 18 | Santa Claus Parade at 6:00 pm
Theme: Canada 150 – Christmas Past & Present

2017 PARADE REGISTRATION PACKAGE

Tree Lighting:
– A favorite community celebration that brings the whole family together
– Lighting of Truro’s Christmas tree
– Hot chocolate
– Candy canes for the kids
– Carolling under the stars!

Santa Claus Parade:
– Parade starts at Lorne, right on Queen, left on Court, left on Prince, right on Young, left on Esplanade, continue to Walker, left on Queen and back to Lorne.
